Refund and Returns Policy

At Global Winds, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 daysof delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packagingwith all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification will notbe eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Items without original packaging or invoice
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@globalwinds.inwithin 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our return address.

Note: In case of self-shipping, shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment methodwithin 7-10 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Bank details will be requested during the refund process.
  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundableunless the return is due to our fault.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need an exchange, email us at info@globalwinds.in with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hoursof placing the order, or before dispatch – whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
